Scottsdale Wine-VinVillage-Phoenix Absinthe Tasting @ Digestif

We have put together an exclusive Absinthe tasting for our group at Digestif in the Waterfront area in Scottsdale. Indulge in the grand European tradition of Absinthe, now legalized in the US after a long absence. Enjoy the mind-opening experience served in the classic presentation of slotted spoons, sugar cubes, and water dripping from a replica Art Deco fountain. We will have a Private Dining Room that can accommodate 20 people. Twelve seats are at the table, so if you prefer to sit, please arrive early. Remaining guests can mingle and will still be able to see the demonstration. (Everyone likes the mingling part, anyway!) We will have tastings of 2 different absinthes, and platters of bruschettas, charcuterie and cheeses prepared by Chef Payton Curry. (You may purchase additional drinks/food at the bar, if you like.)

Absinthe Demonstration will begin promptly at 6:15 pm in the Private Dining Room. Please do not be late.

Cost is $25.00 inclusive of tax and gratuity. I must ask for payment in advance, since I was required to put a $250 deposit on my own credit card. We must have a minimum of 10 paid reservations by Saturday, August 9th in order to hold this event. Otherwise, I will have to cancel it. You may pay by PayPal (+$2 service charge = $27), or send me a check for $25 to hold your spot. No refunds will be given (unless the event is cancelled), but you may find someone else to take your place if you are unable to make it after you have paid.
