WHAT: Chef Timothy Au brings a touch of the Midwest to San Diego with the launch of “Weekend Roast Nights,” a nod to the chef’s roots and early culinary influences. The guest appearance of Road Night on the Molly’s menu recreates classic Midwest dishes with sophisticated updates that appeal to guests familiar with the restaurant’s farm fresh approach.
