San Diego Wine-The France and Beyond Varietal wine and Cheese Pairing!

An all French wine and cheese pairing has been requested! I love the idea, but I decided that you guys will want MORE than just France! So, we will be comparing and contrasting French Rhone blends with Austrialian GSM's, traditional Champagne with California's Best, Bordeaux against Napa AND Washington state, and Burgundies against Californian Pinots!

This class should really help you grasp the basics on French wines as well as winemaking styles around the globe! YOu will be pleasantly surprised at some of the juice I will be pouring, as I intend to impress you all with this line-up! And don't forget, this class doubles as a cheese pairing, so you will gain some great basics on cheese and wine pairs!
