Woodbridge Winery will once again host the CASI California State Championship Chili Cook-Off. Open to the public, this event will bring more than 35 head cooks and their teams together to compete in the California State Championship Chili Cook-Off to raise funds for the Lodi Public Library Foundation. This event is sanctioned as the California State Championship by the Chili Appreciation Society International.
