Join the wineries, winemakers and principals of the following wineries in sipping, nibbling and celebrating the world-class wines and stellar food of the Russian River Valley. Participating Wineries, Winemakers and Principals includ Christine Hanna of Hanna Winery; Frei Bros. Reserve;Stew Lauterbach of Lauterbach Cellars;La Crema Winery;Sapphire Hill Vineyards and Winery;Russian Hill Estate Winery; Guy Davis of Davis Family Vineyards;Ken Coopersmith of Coopersmith Vineyard/Merry Edwards Wines;Michael De Loach of De Loach Vineyards;Oded Shakked of J Vineyards and Winery. Northern California ingredients will be turned into "wine-friendly" hors d'oeuvres by Chef Gabrielle Dery, Applewood Inn and Restaurant, Guerneville, CA. Gaby was trained at the renowned Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and served as sous chef at Jody Adam's Rialto and the Russian River Valley's own three star ZAZU Restaurant. Her passionate cuisine combines the inventive with the traditional using peak-of-season Sonoma County ingredients.
