| | Northern Arizona's premier wine education center offering a multitude of classes from a General Introduction to Wine to Advanced Classes in Analytical assessment. Classes offered 5 days per week at varying times and conducted in our Boardroom styled wine classroom. Director of Wine Education Clyde Woode and highly qualified guest instructors bring accurate highly informative wine education to an understandable level. Class formats include Country and Regional Specific, Varietal Comparative, General Wine Introduction, Fundamental Series, Weekend and One Day Intensives and Professional Assessment Classes. Some Classes include homework, final exams and Certificates of Completion. All classes include a copy of class presentation and/or syllabus and an analytical tasting lab. Private and Corporate off-site classes are available by appointment.
